Free Wellness Workshop – Tools for Stress Reduction

Workshop 1 (FB Event Head)

Event Date & Time: Monday February 23rd, 6:30pm – 8:00pm

In this workshop you will learn breathing exercises for balancing the nervous system and increasing vitality, Trigger Point Therapy for tension release, and receive a TCM pulse reading. Bring a partner to practice the trigger point technique with. A light healthy supper will be provided at 6:30pm.
